- What time is your order deadline?
- The order deadline at Ear Cans is 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm will not be processed / dispatched until the following working day. This excludes national holidays and bank holidays.
- How much is postage and packing?
- Orders to England, Scotland and Wales have FREE postage and packaging on a 2-3 working day service and a £3.95 charge for 1-2 working day deliveries.............Items sent to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of WIght, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are delivered within 2-3 working days for £3.95.
- Which countries do you deliver to?
- Currently Earcans.com is able to deliver to England, Wales, Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Jersey and Guernsey.
- Who delivers my order?
- Depending on the cost, weight, size of your item(s), your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail or Interlink Express couriers.
- How can I pay for my order?
- We accept most major credit/debit cards, although NOT American Express unfortunately. We also accept payment via PayPal.
- How will I know if I've completed an order?
- Once you have completed an order with Earcans.com, you will see an order confirmation page. You will then be sent an email to the email address you provided confirming your order details.
- How will I know when an order has been dispatched?
- You will receive a dispatch email to the address provided when you placed your order. (It may be worth searching your 'Junk' files too.)
- How do I redeem a voucher / discount code for Earcans.com?
- Easy peasy......Add your item(s) to your basket....Go to checkout....Continue the order process until you get to the ORDER SUMMARY page....On the 'order summary' page there is a box at the top, this is where you enter your discount code....Once you have entered the code, click the 'Apply Discount' button....The discount will now be redeemed....Click continue....Fill in your payment details....That's it, discount code - DONE!
- How do I cancel an order?
- If you have placed an order with us and wish to cancel it you can email us at sales@earcans.com or call us on (01202) 339521 with any relevant information your name, order number etc and we will cancel your order immediately.
- I've placed an order at Ear Cans but haven't received a confirmation email. Is there a problem with my order?
- Ear Cans automatically sends you a confirmation email when you register your details on the website. We also email you when you complete an order and when your order has been dispatched..........Occasionally emails we send may be filtered into your 'Junk' folder depending on your email account. Emails may also not be received due to your protection (Firewall) settings on your computer. Another reason you might not get emails from Ear Cans is if your email address has been entered incorrectly. - How do I redeem my Ear Cans Reward Points?
- If you've placed an order with Ear Cans, you will have earned some FREE Reward Points. In order to redeem them, you need to place a new order. As you check out and log in to your account, your reward points will be there for you. All you need to do is click that you'd like to redeem your points and their value will be deducted from your order total.
